ooooh, shiny new toy!
So August the 2nd has arrived and with it, it had delivered the brand new Xbox S Console. For those unfamiliar this console is the newer, sleeker and more advanced version of the original Xbox One console. Since being announced at E3 2016 people were undecided whether it was worth the effort to get hold of.
Thanks to a friend I managed to get my hands on one, now straight a way i can tell you there is 100% no regret, first of the box the console came packaged in was really light, lighter than expected, so the 40% less size that was promised by Microsoft also cut back on the weight. First impressions the Console looks amazing, sleek, smooth and deadly. Can't wait to be playing games on it later tonight. Back to the upgrades the Xbox S provides over the Xbox One, now everyone knows of the upcoming 4K TV's, with games now wanting to push the same boat out, to do so the consoles need to upgrade and this is that upgrade, providing 4K resolution, however this console just does 4K TV for now, 4K gaming is a year or so away. The Xbox S also cuts out the power brick, no longer needing a power supply and instead just needs a wire from socket to console just like the PS4 which is a beautiful thing, no need for clunky bricks taking up space, and so with this I come to the end of my short post.
For a more full view and look i covered all this in my newest and latest YouTube upload which should be processed and live by the time i post this blog, so do check it out!
Thanks for coming back and I promise more lively content and features will keep on coming!
